Veridium’s SprintWork software is meant to block distractions and track time. The software can block access to applications and it can also block access to a list of websites – by doing so, it makes sure you don’t get distracted. The software can also monitor the programs you use and the websites you access – by doing so it helps you understand how you spend your time.

There’s a SprintWork installer for 32-bit Windows editions and an installer for 64-bit Windows editions – any edition from Windows XP and 2003 up to Windows 7 and 8. Download the SprintWork installer, run it, and a setup wizard will show up and guide you through the installation process. At one point, the setup wizard will ask you to enter a password – you will be prompted to enter this password whenever you launch SprintWork.

Access to SprintWork’s interface, as I’ve just mentioned, is password protected. The main panel on the interface presents a pie chart of your most used programs, most visited websites, or total active time. Above this main panel, in the upper left hand corner, there’s a traditional File Menu. And underneath the File Menu there’s a toolbar with buttons for various functions: start monitoring, change password, and more.

SprintWork can work in two modes: "Stealth mode" or "Show notifications when blocking". While it is up and running, SprintWork monitors what you do and then compiles this info into a detailed report that shows what programs you used and for how long, what websites you visited and for how long, and the total amount of time you were active or idle. While it is up and running, SprintWork can block access to distractions – it can block access to certain programs and it can block access to certain websites.

SprintWork is free to use for a trial period of 15 days. A prompt will show up whenever you launch SprintWork and tell you how many days are left in your trial.

Block access to distractions that will waste your time. Monitor your activity and see how efficiently you use your time. That’s what you can expect from SprintWork, Veridium’s distraction blocking and time tracking software.
